A new era of mental well-being
The effort provides 1: 1 training and support to help Chipotle employees set well-being goals that are tailored to their unique needs. The platform gambles the welfare experience of each employee with the opportunity to win gift cards, save money on health insurance and more. With technology at the core of the experience, Effort will continue to evolve over time and help meet individuals where they are on their unique journey. The new virtual space will be available to restaurant managers, field managers and employees of the Restaurant Support Center starting in June 2021.

Chipotle Commitment to Employee Welfare
Strive Launch complements the existing Chipotle mental health benefits available to Chipotle associates and their family members, including personal, telephone or virtual visits with a licensed counselor through a partnership with Health Advocate, regardless of whether they are registered in the company medical plan.
